LIRE - Lao Institute for Renewable Energy - is a Non-governmental organisation based in Vientiane, Lao PDR. LIRE aims to support the development of a renewable energy sector in Lao PDR, by developing and promoting renewable energy solutions, by exchanging information with relevant stakeholders, and by developing projects and training programs.

LIRE is currently finalising a project proposal for submission under FACT's "Innovations in Biofuels" program. Please check regularly for updated information.
