Latest update: 2 October 2011
The project has started immediately after its approval and is well on track. To date, the following activities have been carried out:
June 2011: Inception mission. The project was formally started during a meeting of the participating partners (Mali Biocarburant, ANADEB, FACT Foundation). A team of MBSA, FACT Foundation and local MFP experts have made visits to the pre-selected MFP villages to discuss the project with local stakeholders and to collect basic information. Two villages were found to be most suitable for a first installation; the final decision will be made in a later stage.
