FACT Foundation is pleased to report that the DOEN programme is developing rapidly. The first project, in Panama, was started at the end of 2009. Last month the second contract has been signed, for a project in Kenya. Projects in Peru and Mali are about to be signed, and three other projects (in Laos, Honduras and Costa Rica) have reached final approval. Several new project proposals are now in preparation for the next round.
